Birth Doula Services (at home, hospital or birth center): Having a doula present with you while in labor and throughout the birth process is one of the most amazing ways to feel supported and nurtured. Numerous clinical studies have found that a doula's presence at a birth tends to result in shorter labors, fewer interventions, and leaves a woman with more satisfaction from their birth experience. Postpartum Doula Services: Whether you're new parents, having twins, planning to adopt or are an experienced parent in need of extra hands, a doula is just the support you need while you're recovering from birth and making adjustments during the postpartum period. A doula will walk beside you on your journey and be there to answer questions along the way.

Blessingway Ceremony Planning: A "Blessingway" or "Mother Blessing Celebration" is a special ceremony that celebrates a woman's rite of passage into motherhood. These ceremonies offer women a chance to get together within a spiritual setting and share in a sacred time of reflection, support, & celebration that is focused on the mother-to-be.
Belly Casting: A Belly Cast is a special way to remember your pregnancy and how your body has changed to grow your precious child. This beautiful memento can be hung in the nursery or kept as a keepsake for years to come.
Private Childbirth Education: Lauren offers private childbirth education in the convenience of your own home. These classes elevate awareness and empower expectant moms and their partners while focusing on the normalcy of childbirth.
Pregnancy Concierge: Mamas who would benefit from this service may have a high risk pregnancy, be on bedrest, be experiencing severe morning sickness or other pregnancy discomforts, are single moms, teen moms, or just need a little extra help during pregnancy. Education, emotional, & physical support are all offered for those in need of an extra hand.
Prenatal Yoga: The benefits of prenatal yoga are endless. In addition to physically preparing your body as it moves through all of the new changes to come, prenatal yoga connects you mentally, spiritually, and emotionally to your growing baby. It allows for inward reflection & ultimately helps you prepare for birth on a more holistic level. Private yoga sessions are also available. In addition, Lauren teaches Baby & Me yoga to help transition into motherhood and bond with your baby!
